Making Moves

I can't believe summer is almost over! I can't wait for fall, though, so I'm not complaining. I want to have my windows open again!

I am continuing to take steps toward getting Cataclysm published. Right now, my mom, who used to be an editor, is re-reading the book to give it a final edit. Once this final edit is done, I'll be looking for some ARC readers to read and review the story. Let me know if you're interested!

On another note, I'm almost done with the first draft of another novel I'm working on, which has so far remained untitled. It's about an agent of a government organization that deals with non-human affairs and a vigilante who kills humans that commit crimes against non-humans. They've been adversaries for years, but something is about to happen that forces them to work together.

On the fanfiction front, things are moving a little on the slow side. I’ve made some progress with my Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood story about Envy, Seeing Red, but most of my efforts have been in my original works. I’m hoping to work on Sparkling Eyes and Cigarette Burns over the next week, and I’ll keep you updated on that.
