One Step Closer!

I got the letter I needed to get my sales TIN! I have officially submitted my request, and now I’m just waiting to hear back from them. I also did a deep clean on The Property Protection Act, which is neither the book I’m publishing now nor the one that comes next (of course), and I cleaned it up so much it went from 131 pages to 127, and I’m not even through the whole thing! Super stoked about that.

For the Untitled Slave!Castiel fic, I’ve made some progress. Last weekend, it was less than 10,000 words (around 9,000) and now it’s almost to 12,000, so that’s nice. I’m listening to Christian metal to try and find a title for this thing (for some reason Ready to See by Nine Lashes was sticking out to me) and hopefully by next weekend, it will have a name.

Through the Gate (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood x Criminal Minds) is coming along nicely, and I know it’s a weird combo of shows, but it’s been really interesting to write the different dynamics, and they fit surprisingly well. Reid and Ed are both child prodigies, Hotch seems detached and distant like Hohenheim and even Mustang but shows Ed what leaders and fathers are supposed to do, JJ is able to give Ed a little of the encouragement and care he hasn’t gotten from a mother figure in literal years. It’s turning out really nice, and I’m so excited for it!

As always, Awesome Mix Vol. 1 was updated this past Wednesday (04/24/2024), and I’ll be updating it again this coming Wednesday (05/01/2024). I am also going to try to post Hell’s Persuasion (see list) sometime in the coming week, probably tomorrow, but I make no promises.
